VAT Exception / Refund / Aπαλλαγή ΦΠΑ

Είσαι επαγγελματίας / Εταιρεία;

Πιθανόν να δικαιούσαι απαλλαγή Φ.Π.Α 19% σύμφωνα με το Άρθρο 11Ε για αγορές iPhone, iPad, MacBook & Apple Watch GPS + Cellular.

Αν έχεις αριθμό ΦΠΑ και υποβάλλεις δηλώσεις στο Τμήμα Φόρου προστιθέμενης αξίας, τότε μπορείς να το δηλώσεις κατα την εγραφή σου στο κατάστημα PrismaStore, για να εξαιρείσαι του ΦΠΑ από συγκεκριμένα προϊόντα, όπως αναφέρονται πιο πάνω.

Θα πρέπει να αρχικά να αποσταλεί στην Prisma Computer αντίγραφο του πιστοποιητικού ΦΠΑ για να γίνει επιβεβαίωση οτι τα στοιχεία που αναγράφονται είναι τα ίδια με τον λογαριασμό που δημιουργήθηκε. Το PrismaStore μπορεί να διορθώσει ήδη δημιουργημένους λογαριασμούς και να τους ενεργοποιήσει. Όλες η παραγγελίες θα ελέγχονται πριν να εκτελεστούν.

You may be entitled to a 19% VAT exemption under Article 11E for purchases of iPhone, iPad, MacBook & Apple Watch GPS + Cellular.

If you have a VAT number and submit returns to the VAT Department, you can declare this when registering on the PrismaStore website, in order to be exempt from VAT on specific products as mentioned above.

A copy of your VAT certificate must first be sent to Prisma Computer to confirm that the details shown match those of the account that was created. PrismaStore can also update already existing accounts and activate them. All orders will be reviewed before being processed.

This does not apply to European Companies, as the VAT is exempt for all products, for qualifying companies when shipped to EU.
